“When I began the process I wasn’t sure how it would work. But I found the questionnaire very helpful in getting my thoughts organised and encouraging me to focus on the person I had chosen to be the subject of the poem.
And when I saw the poem I was really pleased: the central idea was so clever, and so obviously the right one - once someone else had thought of it! It more than lived up to my expectations.”
